PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The building and all properties under C C Wu Group are managed by Vitat Company Limited (a member of C. C. Wu International Company Limited), strives to deliver comprehensive and professional management services by our direct employed on-site team including technical, security, cleaning and management staff.

MAINTENANCE

C C Wu Building is equipped with a competent technical team for the upkeep of electrical and mechanical installations and maintaining the normal utility supply to the entire building. All members of our technical team are encouraged to attend job-related courses at all times so as to keep abreast of any changes in statutory regulations and to acquire relevant knowledge for job performances.

Registered electrical contractor is appointed to have regular inspection for all the fixed high voltage (HV) electrical installations every year and conduct thorough testing on all low voltage (LV) electrical installations every five years in compliance with the government regulations.

C C Wu Building has completed a series of upgrading works for its physical plan phase by phase that includes a large-scale renovation for its shopping arcade.

We have also invested enormous sum of money in improving our existing facilities in the sectors of central air-conditioning supply, plumbing, building automation, fire and electrical safety so as to provide a decent business and working environment for our tenants.

SECURITY

C C Wu Building employed direct on-site team of security staffs to support all security aspects in the building from the Building Management System Control Room which is closely monitored round the clock by dedicated security officers.

CLEANING

Our direct employed on-site team of cleaning staffs maintains high standard of cleanliness in the building including quality and routine services in public areas. The building has joined the “Quality Water Recognition Scheme for Buildings” in 2014 and awarded with “Blue” grade by Water Supplies Department in recognition of the proper maintenance of our plumbing systems for keeping good quality of government supplied water from the inside service up to our consumers’ taps.

Continuous Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment is conducted by certified assessor for the entire building on yearly basis; the common areas of office floors and shopping arcade are certified as “Good” class.

The Management Office has achieved the ‘Gold’ rating in the assessment under BEAM Plus Interiors Version 1.0 since April 2016.

The Company has been awarded the Caring Company Logo since 2009 and constantly commits to fulfill the corporate social responsibility and promote the caring spirit.

Care for the Community


Since 2009, a "Food Collection Box" has been located at C C Wu Building Arcade to receive donate food from public in supporting the People's Food Bank under St James’ Settlement.

Continuous support has been extended to the promotion of secondhand clothing for sustainable use of resources and middle-aged ladies employment by granting favourable rental package for Green Ladies and Green Littles under St James’ Settlement.

In 2013, “Let’s Walk Together” C C Wu Volunteers was launched to carry out various charity activities in the community. The C C Wu Volunteers also actively participate in local community programmes organized by charitable organizations as well as non-governmental organizations. The Company and its members believe that our care and support to the community would bring happiness and warmth to those in need.

Environmental protection is an important issue in everyday life. In line with the “low carbon economy” (an economy based on low energy consumption and low pollution), C C Wu Building has applied this concept in its Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) operation by using more energy-efficient lighting products and modifying lighting fitting during off-office hours.

Traditional downlights have been replaced by LED lighting. This practice together with the newly-replaced central chiller system using environmental refrigerant in higher efficiency can contribute to energy saving effectively.

We care to improve the wellbeing of our staff and make efforts to build a greener work environment. The recent renovated Management Office adopted BEAM Plus Interiors measures and requirements has successfully achieved the ‘Gold’ rating in the assessment under BEAM Plus Interiors Version 1.0 since April 2016.
